About Me

Hello Ya'll.  No I am not from the south but I am from Chicago - born and raised.  Coming to UCSB was possibly the best decision I have made in my life.  I love the atmosphere and the people, I mean..who couldn't?  I am 19 years old and a second year soon to be math major.  I love listening to music, going to concerts, hiking, surfing, and anything that's adventurous.  I am a very wild and outgoing kid once you get to know me but can be shy at first.  I love hanging out with friends and having deep, intellectual conversations.  My ultimate goal in life is to be as happy as possible.  I also love spontaneity.  Being spontaneous keeps life exciting and I believe that's what life is all about.  So, I am from the southwest suburbs of Chicago, specifically Orland Park.  I have 4 siblings, two brothers and two sisters.  Shout out to my amazing mother for always being there for me and supporting everything I do in life.  No one knows the cold or snow like I do.  Most people at UCSB don't experience 'cold days' in high school as they call it when it is -45 degrees outside with wind chill and we can't make it to school.  I am a very determined person when it comes to achieving my goals.  I will pursue, pursue, pursue until I can no further.  I would say I am a romantic guy.  I enjoy going on dates even though many people do not do that anymore.  I love making people laugh and smile because that brings joy to my day as well as theirs.  Life is short; it is easy to get caught up in all the schoolwork, jobs, organizations, and negativity that you deal with in life but I try to remember that being happy comes over everything else.  All you have is the present so you must make the most of every moment. <3
